What is a fuel card?

Fuel cards are very similar to credit cards. Each fuel card has a set network of filling stations that you can purchase fuel from. They act like a credit card, giving interest free credit on all fuel purchases (subject to status).

When your company sets up a fuel card account with Chooseafuelcard.com we can issue you with as many fuel cards as you need. If you have three vans you might choose to have one fuel card per vehicle or one fuel card for each driver. Each fuel card can have individual staff member names or vehicle registrations printed on the cards.

Invoices are then emailed to you each week showing where, when and how much fuel was drawn in each transaction. Invoices are HMRC VAT approved making your administration far simpler and more cost effective eliminating the need to collect receipts. You can also log on to your online account where you can view transactions, stop and order cards and more.

What is the best fuel card for you?

When choosing a fuel card you need to consider convenience as well as cost. Chooseafuelcard.com searches the fuel card market to find you the best fuel card to suit your fleet.

How do I get a quote for a fuel card?

Simply use the search function on the home page, choose your fuel card and complete the quote form. A fuel card agent will then get back to you to discuss your specific requirements.
